The Academy Restaurant is a training restaurant, which seats up to 40 guests.

Our facilities have a modernised and innovative twist based on Manchester’s famous Northern Quarter.

Our team works closely with celebrity chef Luke Thomas and his expertise has been greatly received.

Coming soon on 23rd March 2017, we have Celebrated Chef, Restaurateur and Food Writer Mark Hix coming to the Academy Restaurant.  Here, he will be working with Hospitality and Catering students on a four course set-menu.

Coffee is served every weekday from 10am Lunches are served daily from 12pm -1.30pm.

This facility may be used for functions during the week and at weekends.It is deal for buffets, parties, annual dinners or, with our bar facilities, as a refreshment area for your conference.

Depending on availability, members of the college and the public are welcome to book for meals at lunchtimes and selected evenings.

Meals are cooked and served by South Cheshire College hospitality and catering students under expert supervision.
